BCS iTouch Kit
1) All Applications, podcasts, video, photos, music must be in iTunes on the Mac and then sync each iPod.
2) Turn the Mac on
3) Log in as
Username: BCS iTouch
4) If you do not have access to a wireless network, plug the ethernet cable into an active port.
5) Open iTunes from the Dock
6) Navigate to the iTunes store and then search for your content. An iTunes account has been set up for the county. This account will not let you purchase content. If you want to buy any content, you can get an
iTunes gift card. Once you enter the card code you will be to buy your content.

7) Once all the content (Apps, podcasts, music, etc) is in the Mac’s iTunes, you can sync each iPod.
Directions to Sync iTouch
1) Turn the iTouch on (Button on the top left)
2) Slide bar to unlock iTouch
3) Find Settings icon (looks like gears) on the bottom left)
4) Touch icon named General
5) Touch Restrictions
6) Enter Passcode: Can be obtained from your ITRT (**Please do not give this to students**)
7) Turn Installing Apps ON
8) Push the home button at the bottom center of the iTouch
9) Plug the iTouch into the Mac using the Sync cable
10) In iTunes, click on iPod under devices
11) Click the application tab
12) Select applications and click sync in the bottom right hand corner of iTunes.
13) Once the sync is complete you MUST set the restrictions back.
14) Find the settings icon (looks like gears)
15) Touch icon named General
16) Touch Restrictions
17) Enter Passcode: Can be obtained from the ITRT (** Please do not give this to students**)
18 Turn Installing Apps OFF
19) Push the home button at the bottom center of the iTouch
20) Now you can hand the iTouch to the students!
