How to set an automatic message in Webmail Pro
1. Log into your email account (www.k12usa.com/login)
2. Select“Personal Settings” from the menu on the left side of the screen
3. Select“My E-Mail Settings”
4. Scroll down to the bottom and find “Activate Vacation Message”
5. Place a check mark in the box
6. Change the subject to what you would like to be in the subject of the email that will be automatically sent.
7. In the large textbox type the message you want to be sent.
8. Click “Save My E-Mail Settings”
You have to turn off the automatic message when you no longer want it to be sent. To turn off the message uncheck the “Activate Vacation Message” check box.
